Senior Estimator

The Senior Estimator leads project estimates and mentors the estimating team under the Preconstruction Manager. This role involves collaborating with clients, architects, and subcontractors to develop cost factors, analyze construction documents, and prepare detailed time, cost, and labor estimates. The position requires managing multiple preconstruction projects, coordinating MEP systems, and overseeing the subcontracting and buy-out processes.
