Senior Estimator

Alfabs Engineering & Services is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join their team in Kurri Kurri, AU, to lead the pricing and risk assessment for complex engineering, fabrication, and construction projects. This role involves taking ownership of major tenders valued between $10M and $40M, collaborating with business development and engineering teams to develop commercially sound and technically robust submissions. The position requires a strategic mindset to influence project selection, manage commercial risks, and mentor junior estimators while driving continuous improvement across the tender lifecycle.
