Senior Estimator

The Senior Estimator leads detailed estimating for major commercial and institutional projects, ensuring cost accuracy and alignment with design and client goals. This role involves preparing quantity takeoffs, conducting constructability reviews, and managing subcontractor communications for solicitation and leveling. The position requires collaboration with Preconstruction Managers to finalize Guaranteed Maximum Prices (GMPs) and support value engineering efforts.
