Senior Estimator

ECBuild is seeking a Senior Estimator to join their team in Baltimore, responsible for preconstruction phase estimating and planning services. The role involves developing construction cost models, estimates, and schedule plans while coordinating with the Preconstruction Manager, Owner, Design Team, and Operations Team. This position requires close collaboration to support the overall preconstruction effort and ensure accurate cost analysis throughout all design phases.
