Senior Estimator

The Senior Estimator leads capital cost estimates for complex, large-scale projects within the preconstruction team, overseeing the process from bid kickoff through executive approval. This role involves setting schedules, splitting scopes into engineering, procurement, and construction, and mentoring junior team members while managing cost risk analysis. The position is designed with succession in mind, offering the opportunity to eventually take over the day-to-day running of the estimating desk.
