Senior Estimator

The Senior Estimator leads the development of accurate, competitive estimates for HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical projects, transforming drawings and specifications into clear scopes and winning bids. This role involves owning complex bids from takeoff through final pricing, partnering with Business Development and Operations, and mentoring less experienced estimators. The position requires deep mechanical construction knowledge and a disciplined approach to ensure project margins are protected.
