Senior Estimator

A Senior Estimator at PCL supports the national data center business unit by conducting detailed analysis of contract documents and specifications to determine overall project requirements. The role involves establishing critical path schedules, completing full quantity take-offs for labor, equipment, and materials, and leading pricing for general expenses and project-specific requirements. This position requires presenting estimates to clients, performing risk and opportunity analysis, and liaising with external consultants to coordinate the tender development process.
