Senior Estimator

The Senior Estimator plays a key role in the Pre-Construction team at SHAPE Tasmania, leading the preparation and analysis of subcontract tender packages to support high-quality, competitive tender submissions. This position involves collaborating with bid teams, subcontractors, and clients to secure new work while overseeing tender processes, subcontractor engagement, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires strong technical and commercial judgement to interpret drawings, identify risks, and deliver successful tender outcomes.
