Senior Event Officer

The Senior Event Officer supports the Principal, Annual Meetings Event Management with Annual Meeting and Business Forum workstreams, while assisting the Corporate Event Management team in coordinating and delivering Board and corporate events. This role involves close collaboration with internal departments, external stakeholders, and partner companies to manage logistical and technical requirements for in-person, hybrid, and virtual events. The position requires on-site management, speaker coordination, and post-event reporting to ensure successful event execution.
