About this role

A Senior Event Operations Specialist leads the planning, coordination, and execution of customer-facing events including tradeshows and conferences across the enterprise. This centralized role manages timelines, vendor logistics, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and sales teams to ensure high-standard event delivery. The position requires significant domestic and international travel to support strategic marketing initiatives globally.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end operational planning and execution for enterprise tradeshows and marketing events
Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines for concurrent initiatives
Coordinate logistics including booth planning, shipping, registration, and onsite support
Drive accountability across stakeholder teams by managing deadlines and escalating risks
Partner with marketing teams to ensure accurate delivery of messaging and creative assets

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or Project ManagementCertified Meeting Professional (CMP) or Certificate in Meeting Management (CMM) preferred
