About this role

The Senior EW Test & Evaluation Engineer owns the full test loop for the company's unmanned systems against jamming threats, planning and executing benchtop and radiated test campaigns to characterize performance and identify countermeasures. This role requires translating hands-on test findings into actionable design requirements to harden the system and verifying implemented changes through iterative re-testing. The position demands a strong RF background and collaboration with design and counter-UAS engineering teams to close the gap between design and deployment.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute test campaigns against jamming threats in benchtop and radiated environments
Characterize system performance under jamming to identify vulnerabilities and failure modes
Derive and document specifications and design requirements to implement countermeasures
