Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate meetings for senior leadership and travel arrangements
• Manage confidential documents and ensure sensitive information security
• Coordinate expenses, invoices, and reimbursement processes for executives
• Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting reports effectively
• Act as primary property liaison with external property management companies
