A Senior Executive Assistant supports the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and the Enterprise Services & Public Affairs (ESPA) team at Citi. The role ensures strong end-to-end operations across controls, data, finance, HR, and technology while managing complex calendars, travel, and corporate philanthropy initiatives. This position requires anticipating needs, solving unexpected problems, and delivering a thoughtful work product in a dynamic global environment.

Responsibilities

Proactively execute complex calendar and meeting logistics for senior leadership
Manage full-cycle travel arrangements and process expense reports accurately
Coordinate Corporate Philanthropy events including invitation management and partnerships
Maintain office inventory and process vendor invoices through purchasing systems
Support special projects and provide administrative oversight for the CAO team
