Senior Executive Assistant

The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Executive Vice President of Shriners International, managing confidential communications, board coordination, and sensitive legal and personnel matters. This role serves as a primary point of contact for member disciplinary allegations, appeals, and whistleblower complaints while coordinating rulings, decisions, and bylaw changes. The position also supports the Imperial Potentate with calendar management, official visitations, and session logistics.
