About this role

Leidos is seeking a Senior Exercise Planner to lead aspects of HSEEP exercise design, development, conduct, and evaluation for CISA’s National Cyber Exercise Program. This role supports the Regional Exercise Lead by managing planning meetings, scenario development, exercise documentation, facilitation, and evaluation for multiple concurrent exercises across a designated region. The position requires strong coordination skills to ensure planning timelines, resources, and staffing are maintained while delivering polished exercise materials and post-exercise reports.

Responsibilities

Lead HSEEP exercise design, development, and evaluation for national cyber exercises
Coordinate planning meetings and develop core exercise documentation and artifacts
Support end-to-end exercise execution and facilitate post-exercise reporting
