The Senior Experience Designer serves as the senior creative voice on JANSON’s Experience Design team, owning conceptual design for military and government projects from initial intent through construction. This designer-architect hybrid role requires translating mission requirements into spatial and experiential concepts while producing high-quality architectural and interior design solutions. The position involves leading visualization and storytelling efforts, establishing production workflows, and mentoring design staff to support military modernization and workplace transformation.
