This role serves as the client’s strategic representative for a major mixed-use development project in Oman, overseeing facilities management and operational readiness. The position leads the procurement, evaluation, and governance of integrated facilities management contracts and service delivery models. It ensures all future operating agreements are commercially sound, technically robust, and aligned with international best practices.
