Senior Facilities Operations Manager

The Senior Facilities Operations Manager oversees day-to-day facilities soft services across Nextpower’s U.S. offices, ensuring locations are clean, functional, and ready for daily business operations. This role leads site-based office operations personnel and manages the delivery of services such as reception, janitorial, pantry, and mail services. The position serves as the primary operational interface between office occupants and the Facilities organization, coordinating with various internal teams and external vendors to maintain consistent service standards.
