The Senior Facilities Technician serves as the lead facilities presence at the manufacturing facility, ensuring the smooth operation of the building, infrastructure, and support systems. This hands-on role involves overseeing maintenance, managing work orders, coordinating vendors, and providing direction to junior team members to maximize site uptime and safety. The position requires advanced technical knowledge of facility systems and strong project management skills to support the company's rapid expansion.

Responsibilities

Perform and oversee advanced maintenance, repairs, and systems troubleshooting across the facility
Manage site level work orders, including intake, prioritization, routing, and follow through
Coordinate vendors and contractors on site, including scheduling, escorts, quality checks, and closeout documentation
