Senior Facilities Technician

The Senior Facilities Technician is responsible for the operation, maintenance, repair, and reliability of building systems supporting regulated laboratory, warehouse, and office environments across multiple locations. This role performs preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and inspections to ensure facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable requirements. The position serves as a technical resource for the Facilities team and collaborates with internal stakeholders, property management, contractors, and vendors to support reliable facility operations and business needs.
