Opportunity Village
The Senior Facility Technician serves as a technical resource to ensure safe, functional, and welcoming environments across all Opportunity Village campuses. This role involves performing and coordinating advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. The position provides day-to-day technical support, leads preventive maintenance programs, and serves as the primary expert for challenging maintenance issues.
