Senior Faculty Development & Learning Innovation Specialist

The Senior Faculty Development & Learning Innovation Specialist plays a key role in advancing Ajman University’s strategic priorities in teaching and learning by supporting the design, coordination, and implementation of institutional faculty development initiatives. This position contributes to building a structured faculty capability ecosystem that promotes outcome-based education, innovative pedagogy, and the ethical use of educational technologies. The role involves collaborating with the Director of the Teaching and Learning Center to enhance teaching quality and support faculty professional development across the university.
