About this role
A Failure Analysis (FA) Engineer at NVIDIA leads development and enablement of chip-debug and fault-isolation techniques, including optical fault isolation and emerging scanning-focused X-ray (XADA). The role focuses on experimentation, developing custom supporting hardware, creating workflows, and training users. The engineer will be embedded in the Logic-Fault-Isolation group and collaborate closely with test hardware, mechanical design teams, and external tool vendors to prepare support for future technology nodes.
