The Senior Field Application Engineer-OEM serves as the technical lead for sustaining engineering related to NVIDIA data center products, managing complex issues from initial triage to resolution. This role involves performing system- and board-level failure analysis, facilitating the complete RMA process, and collaborating with OEMs and internal teams to drive preventive improvements in product quality. The position requires on-site technical support and the delivery of clear failure-analysis reports and corrective-action updates.
