About this role

The Senior Field Engineer at Teleport is responsible for implementing, supporting, and expanding the company's AI Infrastructure Identity solutions for top customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle. This role focuses on proactively driving adoption, designing solution architectures, and providing hands-on deployment and configuration of Teleport products. The position serves as a primary technical lead for customer implementations, troubleshooting, and training, while also acting as a customer champion to provide product feedback and drive enterprise-wide rollouts.
