Senior Field Service Representative

The Senior Field Service Representative supports, trains, maintains, and repairs EOS manufactured Remote Weapons Stations in facilities and deployed field locations. This on-site role serves as the primary technical interface with customers and engineering while leading resolution of escalated system issues and providing mentorship to the field service team. The position requires expert-level knowledge of RWS operations and the ability to conduct system testing, modifications, and customer training.
