Senior Field Service Technician

The Senior Field Service Technician provides technical support and training to national accounts and end users while partnering with sales to analyze customer situations and develop effective solutions. This role is responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installations of IPG/Better Packages products to ensure continuity of customer operations. The position requires resolving customer incidents, conducting preventive maintenance, and providing technical guidance to ensure client satisfaction.
