Senior Field Technician

This role involves working within a Field Services team to deliver end-to-end service for homes and businesses across the Sydney Metro area, spanning both Service and Network operations. The position requires a skilled technician to handle installations, repairs, and maintenance while providing exceptional customer experience and ensuring network infrastructure reliability. Candidates must be willing to participate in a rotating night shift roster and possess extensive experience with HFC and fibre networks.
