About this role

This role serves as the right hand to the CFO and the financial center of gravity for the Grover Gaming business unit, owning financial planning and analysis end-to-end. The position partners directly with the CEO and VP of Strategy to drive margin expansion, growth initiatives, and optimization across markets. It involves building financial models, leading the planning cycle, and providing strategic insights to executive leadership and the board.

Responsibilities

Own annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long range planning cycles
Build and maintain financial models connecting unit deployment to P&L outcomes
Lead optimization initiatives to improve margin, capital efficiency, and process throughput
