Senior Finance Manager

This role manages and coordinates all aspects of accounting, including weekly forecasting, monthly closing, and annual budgeting for the facility, while supporting other locations as needed. The position provides high-level P&L analysis and partners with senior management to drive critical decisions regarding investment funding, expense management, and growth opportunities. By collaborating with Plant Management, Operations, and Sales, the role focuses on improving financial performance and optimizing operational efficiencies.
