Saronic Technologies is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to serve as the finance lead for its shipbuilding products, owning the full product P&L and managing the economics of early-stage IRAD investments through to funded programs. The role involves building financial models, establishing operating cadences and controls, and acting as a trusted financial advisor to leadership with a deep understanding of the product portfolio. This position requires a builder's mindset to operate with limited structure, stand up processes from scratch, and own decisions end-to-end in a fast-growing company.
Saronic Technologies designs and builds advanced autonomous surface vessels — including the Corsair, Mirage, and Marauder — engineered for both defense and commercial maritime applications. The company also develops Echelon, a unified command-and-control platform for planning, simulating, and executing single or fleet-wide missions. In addition to its vessels, Saronic operates Port Alpha, a next-generation shipyard built to deliver maritime vessels at speed and scale.
