About this role

As a Senior Financial Technologist at Fischer Homes, you will serve as the strategic business owner for Finance technology, partnering with leadership to shape the future of financial systems. The role involves driving the technology roadmap, optimizing Oracle ERP implementations, and transforming financial processes through automation and data innovation. You will work closely with Finance and IT teams to accelerate financial close, improve reporting capabilities, and ensure the integrity of financial data.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Finance technology roadmap with leadership
Serve as functional owner for Oracle Financials modules and integrations
Drive process improvements to accelerate financial close and reduce manual effort
Lead system enhancements, testing, and user adoption for Oracle ERP
Optimize budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting capabilities
