Senior First Nations Strategy Development Lead (Identified)

This role involves developing and delivering contemporary, inclusive strategies and policies to strengthen engagement with the First Nations arts, culture, and creative industries sector across NSW. The position requires providing strategic advice, supporting subsector planning, and identifying opportunities for sector growth and equitable access to funding. You will work with government and First Nations stakeholders to translate priorities into practical initiatives that deliver meaningful outcomes.
