Senior Flight Test Engineer

About this role

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute developmental flight testing for sub-scale and full-scale UAVs
• Design and document environmental stress testing procedures including vibration and thermal analysis
• Act as test conductor during flight events managing Go/No-Go criteria and safety protocols
• Analyze post-flight data using Design of Experiments to identify trends and performance gaps
• Collaborate with autonomy and hardware engineers to define test requirements and validate system integration
