This role serves as a bridge to launch an Agentic Development practice in Singapore, deploying within enterprise engineering organizations to demonstrate AI agent capabilities and scale them org-wide. The position involves leading client transformations from pilot to full-scale adoption, designing agentic operating models, and ensuring enterprise readiness through security and performance metrics. Success is measured by delivering multiple enterprise pilots, creating reusable playbooks, and generating reference materials to support sales expansion.
