About this role

This role seeks a senior product-minded software engineer to design and ship features for accesso Intelligence's AI-driven platform, specifically focusing on the agentic interface layer. The engineer will leverage frontier LLMs to build context management, tool orchestration, and sandboxed execution capabilities while integrating complex data systems for visitor attractions. Based in Auckland with a hybrid schedule, the position involves leading technical direction, mentoring the team, and collaborating closely with customers to solve non-trivial operational challenges.

Responsibilities

Design and ship features across the agentic interface including streaming and tool orchestration
Contribute to the AI layer integrating OpenAI/Anthropic models and LangChain4J frameworks
Build and maintain integrations and custom datasets underpinning the data platform
Provide technical direction by making design decisions and mentoring the engineering team
Collaborate with customers to translate business needs into elegant technical solutions
