Good Inside is a parenting app and membership platform founded by clinical psychologist Dr. Becky Kennedy, built on a single science-backed framework called the Good Inside Method to help caregivers navigate challenges from pregnancy through the teen years. The app offers personalized support including on-demand and live workshops, a private parent community, a 24/7 AI chatbot (GiGi), and access to a team of child development experts covering topics like sleep, feeding, behavior, and teen issues. Good Inside's 'sturdy parenting' approach focuses on setting effective boundaries while maintaining a strong parent-child connection.
