Senior Game Designer

Fanatics TCG is seeking a Senior Game Designer to define game mechanics, shape design team workflows, and own major systems and releases from concept through implementation. This hands-on role involves leading set-level design, establishing documentation standards, and mentoring other designers while ensuring long-term game health and consistency. The position requires close collaboration with product, creative, and development teams to resolve tradeoffs and maintain alignment throughout the development process.
