Senior GenAI Engineer

About this role

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end AI solutions in Python with focus on advanced RAG systems (chunking strategies, hybrid search: vector + keyword, re-ranking)
• Take a lead role in the GenAI team and function as architect/builder - not a 'prompt writer' but an engineer that delivers production-ready systems
• Develop reusable platform components (e.g., generic RAG modules, evaluation frameworks, security and logging standards) using modern tooling like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and/or Semantic Kernel, building multi-agent workflows beyond simple chatbots
• LLMOps and production: setting up CI/CD pipelines for LLM workloads and implementing monitoring and observability (e.g., token usage, latency, model drift), including hardening and operational readiness
• Review designs and code, coach team members, and organize knowledge sessions
