About this role
The Global Director of Country Operations leads GiveDirectly’s efforts to strengthen and standardize country office infrastructure and capacity across the organization, enabling scalable cash-transfer programming. This senior, organization-level role partners with Global Shared Services and Country Directors to ensure country offices meet organizational standards and are able to operate effectively in diverse contexts. The position is remote, with regular working hours in Africa time zones and a preference for candidates based in Sub-Saharan Africa.
