Senior Global Footwear Demand Planner

The Senior Global Footwear Demand Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining rolling demand forecasts for the Footwear category, participating in the IBP cycle to build consensus demand plans, and providing volume outlooks to support sourcing and supply planning decisions. This role involves conducting scenario and risk planning, identifying demand drivers, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive assortment and product creation decisions. The position also contributes to improving forecasting methodologies and shaping new product forecasting strategies as the portfolio grows.
