Senior Global HR Specialist

The Senior Global HR Specialist supports the delivery of internal human resources services for employees throughout Europe and for international employees engaged through Employer of Record (EOR) arrangements and contingent worker vendor relationships. The role coordinates employee lifecycle activities, HR documentation, employee relations support, payroll and benefits administration, immigration processes, HR systems, and compliance activities in alignment with approved corporate standards and applicable local requirements. The position independently manages routine matters, partners with internal and external stakeholders, and escalates complex employee relations, disciplinary, policy, and compliance matters to HR leadership.
