The (Senior) Global Salesforce Training & Enablement Manager will lead the development and delivery of Salesforce platform-specific learning programs to upskill employees across the customer engagement ecosystem. The role sits within the Global Commercial Ecosystem & Enablement team and supports the CRM Transformation & Harmonization program by creating engaging learning materials and aligning learning initiatives with business needs.
