(Senior) Global Salesforce Training & Enablement Manager (m/f/d)

The (Senior) Global Salesforce Training & Enablement Manager will lead the development and delivery of Salesforce platform-specific learning programs to upskill employees across the customer engagement ecosystem. The role sits within the Global Commercial Ecosystem & Enablement team and supports the CRM Transformation & Harmonization program by creating engaging learning materials and aligning learning initiatives with business needs. This position focuses on driving employee development, adoption of CRM processes, and continuous improvement of learning methodologies.
