Senior Global Stock Plan Administrator

The Senior Global Stock Plan Administrator oversees the administration, governance, compliance, and operational execution of SBA Communications' global equity compensation programs, including restricted stock units, performance share units, stock options, and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. This role partners with internal teams and external providers to manage complex transactions, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance the participant experience across the full equity award lifecycle. The position also focuses on process improvement, data integrity, and delivering clear communications and education to employees.
