Senior Governance, Risk & Compliance Analyst

The Senior Governance, Risk & Compliance Analyst supports second-line assurance for Relativity’s control landscape under the IIA Three Lines Model, independently owning control areas and performing integrated IT control testing. This role is responsible for continuous testing of IT General Controls, maintaining the Risk and Control Matrix, and delivering audit-ready output while advising first-line teams on control operationalization. The position serves as a knowledgeable resource on IT risk assurance and collaborates with engineering, product, and business counterparts to translate technical details into risk and business terms.
