Senior Growth Operations Analyst

The Solutions Integrator supports the Growth organization by shaping and integrating mission-aligned solutions while enabling data-driven decision making across the capture and business development lifecycle. The role combines solution integration, capture support, and growth analytics to provide leadership with actionable insights into pipeline health, capture performance, and growth outcomes. The position acts as a central coordinator for pipeline analytics, Salesforce governance, and cross‑functional alignment between business, finance, and engineering.
