Senior Health Coordinator

The Health Lead will serve as the senior Bangladeshi health professional leading IRC’s health program in Bangladesh, overseeing primary healthcare, sexual and reproductive health, maternal and newborn health, non-communicable diseases and mental health and psychosocial support. The role ensures program quality, strategic planning, fundraising and representation of IRC in government and sector forums, with an emphasis on climate resilience and emergency health response. The position is based in-country and supports integration of services across humanitarian and development contexts.
