Senior Health Equity Analyst (Data Intelligence Analyst) - Remote

The Senior Health Equity Analyst partners with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to translate business and clinical needs into data-driven insights that advance health equity. This role gathers and translates complex business requirements, data definitions, business rules, and data quality standards into actionable analytical solutions, reports, dashboards, and data sets that support health equity measures. The position requires an understanding of how healthcare data can be used to identify, measure, and address disparities in care delivery, access, utilization, quality, and patient outcomes across diverse patient populations.
