Senior HIV Advisor

The Senior HIV Advisor provides technical leadership and expert guidance to the Rwanda Biomedical Center's HIV Division to ensure the successful implementation of cost-effective, lifesaving direct service delivery for HIV prevention, care, and treatment. The role involves embedding within government entities to strengthen national programs, coordinate with U.S. and local partners, and support the development of policies and strategies aligned with global best practices. The Advisor will also manage program implementation, monitor performance, and report to the U.S. Department of State.
