Senior HR Consultant HRIS

The Senior HR Consultant HRIS will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SuccessFactors functionality to enhance the City's Recruiting module within the SuccessFactors system. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate third-party vendor technology, manage high-volume recruitment processes, and support system enhancements and change management. The position requires strong expertise in SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central modules, along with the ability to analyze business needs and optimize system functionality.
